Red, White, and Ooo Dessert!

This year I am going to attempt to make this ever so cute fruit cookie cake for the 4th of July. As most of you know.. I don't really like to cook. I kiss better than I cook and that's just how it is. But sometimes (usually around holidays) I get inspired to attempt to make some cute holiday desserts! So 4th of July... here we go!
