Quick Trip!

Last weekend we took a quick family trip to Idaho for a funeral for Uncle Joe. We left super early Friday Morning and stayed in Driggs that day. Saturday we headed to Jackson Hole for the day. Sunday we headed home!

This Corner Drug store is where Austin's Grandma Rhea use to live! She lived upstairs! Grandpa was telling stories about this place and how they met there!

Keary found a little treasure upstairs of the Drug Corner! Its an old toaster and he was super excited about it!

We went to a museum while the boys fished! There was so much to look at and this was the only room I got a picture of. Silly me.

They had lots of things that belonged to people who lived in Driggs back in the day. We found this quilt made by the Relief Society. Each sister had made their own square and put their name, ward name and date on the square. Surprisingly enough, we found Austin's Great Aunt Elsie Delaney's square! She died at the age of 24. This square was made one year before she passed away.

This was a touching and pretty funny moment. After he gave Grandpa the flag.. Grandpa wasn't sure what to do and saluted him back. We all got quite a chuckle out of that!

Freezing at breakfast Saturday morning! But it was sure worth it because it was delicious!

We went to Mormon Row and these little critters were everywhere! We were feeding them sunflower seeds and they LOVED it!

When we pulled up to this house there were all these people with their fancy cameras and nice lenses and we soon found out this was what they were photographing. Baby Owls!

Keary couldn't wait to come to Mormon Row to dig around in this ditch full of old stuff. Darren found a really old Pepsi can and that was about it.

Jackson Hole!

Yes, I look like a tourist with my jacket around my waist but it was chilly in the morning and at night and we never went back to the hotel so I had to carry it with me. What's a girl to do?!
